An Outdoor Group Fitness Experience

Welcome to iExercise in the Park, where health, fitness and fun come together for a unique one-hour outdoor exercise experience. Lose weight, gain muscle and recapture your energy as you jump, lift, climb, crawl and swim!

Monday-Tuesday-Thursday 5:30-6:30am
$ Cost for Group Classes $
Individual Session (drop in) = $20
Join us 1 session per week for 4-weeks $75 ($18.75/session)
Join us 2 sessions per week for 4-weeks $120 ($15/session)
Join us 3 sessions per week for 4-weeks $150 ($12.50/session)
Group fitness gives you the opportunity to experience what private training has to offer at a lower cost. Group workouts are suited for all levels of fitness, and for men and women- no person will be left out! Your trainer will always offer a beginner/intermediate/advanced option for each exercise performed, as well as corrections so that your workouts remain SAFE and EFFECTIVE.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each day will be a unique variety of total body weight training, cardio intervals, circuit weight training, mat pilates, and flexibility. This variety of training will increase your enjoyment of exercise & improve your body. Expect to be energized by your trainer and pushed to work. This is a safe and healthy outdoor fitness program.
THE WELLNESS BENEFITS OF GROUP FITNESS
The iExercise in the Park outdoor fitness programs are fashioned to rev up your metabolism, improve your posture, eliminate muscle dysfunction that can lead to long-term pain, improve your flexibility, and make you feel good!
Interval-Circuit training combines strength training with intervals of aerobic activity. This will benefit you by increasing your muscular strength, improving your heart function, and decreasing your percentage of body fat. Of course this means that calories are torched, and, with a proper diet, you will lose weight, maintain muscle and increase your energy!
Flexibility training is integrated into the end of your program to improve posture and muscle symmetry, to prevent and alleviate muscle soreness after exercise, to increase your functional range of motion, to reduce low back pain and injury, and to increase muscular efficiency. The goal of all stretching programs is to optimize joint mobility while maintaining joint stability. And at the end of a hard workout, stretching will bring you a sense of accomplishment and relaxation.
The social atmosphere of a group training session will motivate you, provide extra support, and introduce you to new friends and workout buddies.
After you are all done with your session you can relax and enjoy the benefits of the “exercise after-burn”, or EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption). This occurs after you finish a bout of exercise and the body continues to expend a high rate of calories, which means you have a higher metabolism for a period of time after your workout. The harder you work, the longer this period is, and you get double the calorie burn for all your hard work!
WHAT TO BRING
Please wear running/athletic shoes, bring a beach towel & hand towel, one pair of dumbbells (I will tell you what weight to bring during your assessment), weight training gloves, & water.
RECOMENDATIONS TO IMPROVE YOUR WORKOUT
- Drink at least 16 oz of water 2 hours before your session to promote hydration, and
drink water during your workout
- Eat a meal or snack 2-3 hours before you workout to avoid loss of energy & muscle cramps
- Bring a dry shirt and a sweater to stay warm after your workout
- Get 8 hours of sleep if you can each night
- Never skip breakfast
